1. Shipping Policy

- We strive to process and ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving them.
- The minimum delivery or shipping time is 7 days, and the maximum shipping time is  30-45 days IN ORDER OF customised artwork or bulk orders
- Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.
- We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

2. Return Policy

- We offer return and refund only in case of damage during transist, make sure you record unboxing video to claim any damage within 24 hrs of delivery
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at oceana.artist@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

3. Refund Policy

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items
